Cabinet Assembler & Wood Finisher

Woodside Industries, Inc., a family-owned business since 2001, is seeking a dedicated Cabinet Assembler & Wood Finisher to join our team. 


Job Overview

Join our team in crafting high-quality custom commercial cabinetry for schools, hospitals, colleges, offices, and nursing homes. Work with skilled professionals in a hands-on environment, producing cabinetry for general contractors.


Key Responsibilities
  • Construction or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed for assembly and finishing.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in benefits administration and knowledgeable about employee benefit programs.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong data collection and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of employees.
  • Strong project management skills to lead HR initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, including succession planning and performance evaluations.
  • Carpentry or woodworking: 1 year (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour, with increased pay for night shifts.
  • Overtime: Paid overtime available and expected during busy seasons.

Schedule
  • Full-time & part-time positions available
  • Day shift and evening shift options
